Full payment and the security deposit are typically due when the vehicle is collected. All prices are in British Pounds (£) and include VAT where applicable.

4. Vehicle Collection and Return — Dereham

  • You must inspect the vehicle thoroughly at collection in Dereham and report any existing damage immediately. A vehicle condition report will be completed and signed. Return the vehicle in the same condition as collected, allowing for normal wear and tear. Any new damage will be assessed and charged accordingly.

8. Dereham Liability Limitation

To the maximum extent permitted by English and Welsh law, Dereham will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, including loss of profits, loss of data or loss of business, arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or in connection with these terms will not exceed the fees you have paid to Dereham for the relevant services in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Applicable Law
